Nope, we have a la carte options as well!
How many pictures should I get?
We have multiple options for purchasing the right amount of photos for your home. We are more than happy to discuss sizing with you, but here’s a general reference:
20 photos are recommended for small homes/condos up to 1300 square feet, or up to 2 bedrooms
30 photos are recommended for average homes with 2 – 4 bedrooms, or homes between 1300 and 3500 sq ft.
40 photos are recommended for large homes with 4 -5 bedrooms, or homes between 3500 sq ft and 5000 sq ft.
50 photos are recommended for a home with more than 5 bedrooms or greater than 5000 sq ft
5 photos are recommended for small homes/condos
7 photos are recommended for average homes or homes with nice views
10 photos for large properties or estates
2 minute video for most homes
4 minute video for large home/narrated video
When can I expect my photos and videos?
You’ll get an email notification when the photos have been uploaded to your account. There you’ll also find tour links, flyers, and other ways to personalize and market your listings.
Videos take a couple days. Editing can be time consuming sometimes, and we’re perfectionists. We promise, it’s worth the wait.
